Add 2 decilitres whole milk to small saucepan and slowly heat up until hot
Add 15 grams butter to empty medium-sized saucepan and heat up until the butter is melted
Add 12 grams wheat flour to the melted butter and carefully stir in the milk
Cook sauce on low heat until thick and stir every 30 seconds
Add water to an empty large saucepan and bring to the boil over high heat
Add 0.5 teaspoon salt and 100 grams penne to the boiling water and cook the pasta for 7 minutes (or according to package instructions)
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
Drain the penne with a colander
Season sauce with 0.25 teaspoon salt, 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano and 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
Add drained penne to sauce, grate 75 grams mozzarella into it and turn to lowest heat
Cut 150 grams chicken fillets into pieces of 2 cm
Wash 150 grams broccoli and chop into pieces of 2 cm
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to a medium-sized frying pan and heat up until hot
Add chicken pieces to frying pan and sauté for 2 minutes
Grease a baking dish with 0.5 tablespoon olive oil
Wash 1 gram basil with cold water
Add sautéed chicken and chopped broccoli to penne and mix until well combined
Transfer penne to a baking dish and sprinkle with basil
Bake the penne in the pre-heated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 20 minutes
