Instructions
Add 2 decilitres whole milk to small saucepan and slowly heat up until hot |
Add 15 grams butter to empty medium-sized saucepan and heat up until the butter is melted |
Add 12 grams wheat flour to the melted butter and carefully stir in the milk |
Cook sauce on low heat until thick and stir every 30 seconds |
Add water to an empty large saucepan and bring to the boil over high heat |
Add 0.5 teaspoon salt and 100 grams penne to the boiling water and cook the pasta for 7 minutes (or according to package instructions) |
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius |
Drain the penne with a colander |
Season sauce with 0.25 teaspoon salt, 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano and 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Add drained penne to sauce, grate 75 grams mozzarella into it and turn to lowest heat |
Cut 150 grams chicken fillets into pieces of 2 cm |
Wash 150 grams broccoli and chop into pieces of 2 cm |
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to a medium-sized frying pan and heat up until hot |
Add chicken pieces to frying pan and sauté for 2 minutes |
Grease a baking dish with 0.5 tablespoon olive oil |
Wash 1 gram basil with cold water |
Add sautéed chicken and chopped broccoli to penne and mix until well combined |
Transfer penne to a baking dish and sprinkle with basil |
Bake the penne in the pre-heated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 20 minutes |
