Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat
Line the baking tray with baking parchment and put 250 grams fresh salmon filets on the baking parchment (with the skin facing down for salmon with skin)
Add 100 millilitres soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey and 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder into a small bowl and mix until well combined
Generously coat the salmon with the marinade
Wash 300 grams asparagus und cut off around 1 cm of the ends
Bake the salmon in the pre-heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 6 minutes
Take the salmon out of the oven, generously coat it with the marinade and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for another 6 minutes
Take the salmon out of the oven again, put the asparagus next to the salmon onto the baking parchment, generously coat everything with the marinade and bake the salmon and asparagus for another 5 minutes
Take the baking tray out of the oven, coat salmon and asparagus a last time with marinade and bake them at 180 degrees Celsius for around 5 minutes until they are lightly browned
Take the baking tray out of the oven and sprinkle the salmon with 0.5 teaspoon sesame seeds
