Instructions
Add 0.6 litre water and 1.5 tablespoons rapeseed oil to a large saucepan and bring it to the boil over medium heat |
Turn down the heat, whisk 200 grams Linthmais Chrütli Polenta into the boiling water and simmer the polenta on low heat for about 15 minutes while stirring regularly |
Grate 30 grams hard goat cheese into a small bowl |
Crumble 10 grams Linthmais-Chips into the same small bowl |
Sprinkle the grated cheese and crumbled chips over the Linthmais-Polenta |
