  • 0.5  teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.25  teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1  pinch of salt
  • 70  grams walnut halves
  • whole wheat buns
  • 50  grams yoghurt

Cucumber Cheese Salad

Instructions

Wash 1 cucumber, cut the cucumber in half length-wise, scoop out the seeds with a spoon and cut the rest into cubes of around 0.5 cm
Chop 70 grams walnut halves into small pieces
Add cucumber pieces, walnut halves, 300 grams cottage cheese, 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano and a 1 pinch of salt into a large bowl
Mix the cucumber cheese mixture until well-combined
Stir 50 grams yoghurt and 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg into the salad and mix again
Serve the cucumber cheese salad in bowls with 2 whole wheat buns
