Add water to a large saucepan and bring to the boil over high heat
Wash 50 grams fresh green beans, cut off the ends on each side and cut the beans into pieces of about 3cm
Add the beans and 0.5 tablespoon salt to the boiling water and cook them for about 8 minutes until they are tender
Add 40 grams walnut halves to a small frying pan, heat up over low heat and toast the walnut halves for about 5 minutes while stirring occasionally
Peel 1 clove fresh garlic
Remove the walnut halves from the heat and set them aside
Drain the beans with a colander and rinse them with cold water
Add 1 tablespoon butter and the uncut garlic to a medium-sized frying pan and heat up over medium heat until the butter has melted
Add the beans to the frying pan and sauté them for about 5 minutes
Wash 150 grams strawberries, cut off the stems and cut the strawberries into quarters
Place the beans in a large bowl, remove the garlic and discard it
Top the beans with the strawberries and the walnut halves and crumble 50 grams feta over the salad
Drizzle 2.5 teaspoons apple vinegar over the green beans salad and toss the salad until it is well combined
