Add 5 decilitres water to a medium-sized saucepan and heat it up until close to the boiling point (around 90 degrees Celsius)
Add 8 grams dried Foodflows coffee cherries to a jug (ideally with a tea infuser) and pour the hot water over them
Let the infusion brew for about 4 minutes
Pour the coffee cherries tea through a fine sieve into mugs
