Die Temperatur fällt und somit ist die Fondue- und Raclette-Saison eröffnet. Zeit für ein Raclette Gewürz. Mit dem Käsewürze verfeinert ihr Euren geschmolzenen Käse und gebt ihm die besondere Würze. Etwas Käsewürze über die Raclette-Scheibe streuen oder ein bisschen davon auf den Teller geben und den Brotwürfel mit dem Käse in der Würze drehen und ihn leicht panieren.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius top heat |
Peel 1 fresh onion and cut the onion into thin rings |
Cut open 250 grams whole-wheat bread lengthwise and cut the halves again to get two slices per person |
Drizzle 0.5 decilitre white wine over the bread pieces |
Drink 1.5 decilitres white wine ;-) |
Cut 100 grams raclette cheese into slices and line the bread slices with them |
Sprinkle the bread with 2 teaspoons WÜRZSTOFF Käsewürze and distribute the onion rings over the slices |
Add the bread slices to a baking tray and bake them in the pre-heated oven at 200 degrees Celsius in the middle of the oven for about 12 minutes |
Take the slices out of the oven and serve them with 80 grams silverskin onions and 4 cornichon |
