Instructions
Add water to a large saucepan and bring to the boil over high heat |
Wash 50 grams fresh green beans, cut off the ends on each side and cut the beans into pieces of about 3cm |
Add the beans and 0.5 tablespoon salt to the boiling water and cook them for about 8 minutes until they are tender |
Add 40 grams walnut halves to a small frying pan, heat up over low heat and toast the walnut halves for about 5 minutes while stirring occasionally |
Peel 1 clove fresh garlic |
Remove the walnut halves from the heat and set them aside |
Drain the beans with a colander and rinse them with cold water |
Add 1 tablespoon butter and the uncut garlic to a medium-sized frying pan and heat up over medium heat until the butter has melted |
Add the beans to the frying pan and sauté them for about 5 minutes |
Wash 150 grams strawberries, cut off the stems and cut the strawberries into quarters |
Place the beans in a large bowl, remove the garlic and discard it |
Top the beans with the strawberries and the walnut halves and crumble 50 grams feta over the salad |
Drizzle 2.5 teaspoons apple vinegar over the green beans salad and toss the salad until it is well combined |
