Instructions
Wash 250 grams leek and chop into rings of around 0.5 cm |
Clean 350 grams chicken breast and cut it into cubes of around 1 cm |
Add 30 grams butter to a medium-sized frying pan and heat up over medium heat until the butter has melted |
Add the leek to the frying pan and fry in the butter for about 3 minutes while stirring occasionally |
Add the chicken cubes, 2 teaspoons dijon mustard and 1 pinch of salt to the frying pan and fry the chicken mixture for about 12 minutes while stirring occasionally |
Sprinkle a 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds over the chicken and serve it in plates |
