Instructions
Cut 300 grams chicken breast into small cubes of 2.5 cm and season them with 0.25 teaspoon salt |
Add 30 grams butter to a large frying pan and heat up on high heat until it has melted |
Add the chicken cubes to the frying pan and fry them in the butter for about 7 minutes |
Wash 1 pepper and 0.5 courgette and cut them into cubes of around 1 cm |
Wash 150 grams lettuce and slice it into small stripes of around 1 cm |
Add the pepper cubes and courgette cubes to the frying pan and fry everything for another 6 minutes |
Arrange the chopped lettuce to the plates and top with the fried chicken with vegetables |
Sprinkle the salad with 30 grams sunflower seeds and 1 tablespoon lemon juice |
