Add water to a large saucepan and bring to the boil over high heat
Add 200 grams Braunwalder egg pasta and 1 tablespoon salt to the boiling water and cook the pasta for 10 minutes
Grate 100 grams Appenzeller cheese classic
Cut 50 grams Appenzeller Mostbröckli into thin strips
Peel and thinly slice 1 small fresh onion
Wash and cut 1 apple into wedges of about 0.5 cm thickness
Drain the Braunwalder egg pasta with a colander and add them to a large bowl
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Add the Appenzeller Mostbröckli, the grated cheese, the onion, apple and 1 tablespoon butter to the bowl and mix the ingredients well
Pour the pasta mixture into a baking dish, cover the baking dish with aluminium foil and bake it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes
Remove the aluminium foil and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for another 5 minutes
