Peel and crush 1 clove fresh garlic
Clean 250 grams fresh salmon filets and season them with the garlic, 1 teaspoon dried dill and 1 pinch of salt
Add 1 tablespoon sunflower oil to a medium-sized frying pan and heat up over medium heat until the oil is hot
Add the salmon to the frying pan and fry the fish for about 4 minutes on each side until the filets are golden brown
Add 1 tablespoon dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoons sunflower oil and 1 pinch of salt into a small bowl and mix the dressing well
Remove the frying pan from the heat
Wash 100 grams rocket and distribute it on plates
Wash and cut 1 apple into thin slices of around 3mm thickness and place the slices on the rocket
Chop 50 grams walnut halves into pieces and distribute them across the salad
Distribute the dressing over the rocket apple salad and top them with the salmon
