Instructions
Peel and crush 1 clove fresh garlic |
Clean 250 grams fresh salmon filets and season them with the garlic, 1 teaspoon dried dill and 1 pinch of salt |
Add 1 tablespoon sunflower oil to a medium-sized frying pan and heat up over medium heat until the oil is hot |
Add the salmon to the frying pan and fry the fish for about 4 minutes on each side until the filets are golden brown |
Add 1 tablespoon dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoons sunflower oil and 1 pinch of salt into a small bowl and mix the dressing well |
Remove the frying pan from the heat |
Wash 100 grams rocket and distribute it on plates |
Wash and cut 1 apple into thin slices of around 3mm thickness and place the slices on the rocket |
Chop 50 grams walnut halves into pieces and distribute them across the salad |
Distribute the dressing over the rocket apple salad and top them with the salmon |
