Instructions
Add water to a large saucepan and bring to the boil over high heat |
Add 200 grams Braunwalder egg pasta and 1 tablespoon salt to the boiling water and cook the pasta for 10 minutes |
Grate 100 grams Appenzeller cheese classic |
Cut 50 grams Appenzeller Mostbröckli into thin strips |
Peel and thinly slice 1 small fresh onion |
Wash and cut 1 apple into wedges of about 0.5 cm thickness |
Drain the Braunwalder egg pasta with a colander and add them to a large bowl |
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius |
Add the Appenzeller Mostbröckli, the grated cheese, the onion, apple and 1 tablespoon butter to the bowl and mix the ingredients well |
Pour the pasta mixture into a baking dish, cover the baking dish with aluminium foil and bake it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes |
Remove the aluminium foil and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for another 5 minutes |
