Instructions
Grate 75 grams Appenzeller cheese classic into a medium-sized bowl |
Cut 100 grams Appenzeller Mostbröckli into pieces of around 1 cm |
Add water to a large saucepan and bring to the boil over high heat |
Add 250 grams Braunwalder egg pasta and 1 tablespoon salt to the boiling water and cook the pasta for 10 minutes |
Add 0.5 tablespoon sunflower oil to a large frying pan and heat up over medium heat until the oil is hot |
Add the Appenzeller Mostbröckli to the frying pan and fry them on medium heat for about 5 minutes |
Drain the pasta with a colander and add them to the frying pan |
Add 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano and the grated cheese to the pasta, stir well and cook the Appenzeller Hörnli for about 2 minutes |
