Instructions
Wash 150 grams Chinese cabbage and cut it into pieces of around 5 cm |
Wash 50 grams red cabbage and cut it into strips of around 3 cm |
Wash 0.5 apple and cut it into cubes of around 1 cm |
Peel 25 grams fresh onions, cut it into thin slices and then into pieces of around 3 cm |
Chop 60 grams walnut halves into small pieces |
Add 40 grams mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon dijon mustard, 0.5 tablespoon honey and 1 pinch of salt into a large bowl and mix the dressing well |
Add the Chinese cabbage, red cabbage, apple, onions and walnut halves to the bowl and toss the salad |
Serve the Chinese cabbage apple salad on plates with 2 slices whole-wheat bread |
