Instructions
Wash 1 cucumber, cut the cucumber in half length-wise, scoop out the seeds with a spoon and cut the rest into cubes of around 0.5 cm |
Chop 70 grams walnut halves into small pieces |
Add cucumber pieces, walnut halves, 300 grams cottage cheese, 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano and a 1 pinch of salt into a large bowl |
Mix the cucumber cheese mixture until well-combined |
Stir 50 grams yoghurt and 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg into the salad and mix again |
Serve the cucumber cheese salad in bowls with 2 whole wheat buns |
