Instructions
Wash 2 fresh tomatoes and cut them into wedges |
Cut 150 grams Alpsbrinz into thin slices |
Roll up 100 grams Bündnerfleisch into rolls of about 2 cm diameter |
Cut 6 slices whole-wheat bread into halves |
Arrange the tomatoes, Alpsbrinz, Bündnerfleisch and whole-wheat bread on a serving plate |
Add 4 cornichon to the serving plate and serve the Apéro together with 2 bottles Fermento Amber Ale |
